ACCEPTING RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its orginal and unworn condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. *Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable* Promotions are not refundable. If a promotion was used when making the purchase of your refund, your refund will not include the promotion, if a gift was given as a promotion the gift must be returned with the return. Items received after 30 days from the date of reciept will not be accepted. Refunds are processed 10 to 15 days of receipt.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Returns must include invoice number and original invoice.

EXCHANGES

PLEASE CALL UPON IMMEDIATE RECEIPT IF THE WRONG ITEM WAS RECEIVED FOR EXCHANGE.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Repack the item in the orginal packing materials and send it in a protective package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to insecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

Any package refused by the recipient will be charged a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise refused.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

At Hollywood Bling we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however, in the event that you receive damaged or defective items please call 904-669-6188 and a representative will be happy to assist you!
